We are a environment friendly company; traditional salt pans have an unique ecosystem in which microalgae, brine shrimp and salt marsh birds have lived for centuries..
Ria Formosa is a natural habitat for flamingos, storks and many other water-birds. Our salt production does not interfere in any way with any wild animals in the Parque.
