Quinta do Lago North Golf Course - The terrain is superb and typical of the area, sandy and littered with umbrella pines trees. In the spring, the rough is covered with a blanket of wild flowers, heather and gorse. The bunkering is incomparable, both on the fairways and surrounding the greens and gives the course an advantage over many of similar quality and design. The golf course is an anti-clockwise loop and favours the players who can draw the ball.|All the famous male and female players who have experienced this course, including 'Ryder Cup' and 'Curtis Cup' team members, have been euphoric in their praise for this course, which will soon take its place among the great European layouts.

Excellent course but in part fairways were patchy. There was a lot of maintenance going on whilst we were playing.

Fun course. Lots of good golf holes. In good condition. Routing is terrible, most holes are far apart, cart recommended. Pace of play pretty bad 4,5 hours.

Hello, for Sunday, 7th of January 2024 I had booked the North Course instead of the South Course. At the reception they changed the booking.
I don't know where the source of the communication mistake have been.

Excellent course, fairways and greens in very good condition. Grass immediately off fairways long with no first cut. Some long walks between greens and tees, buggies recommended. Excellent clubhouse, staff friendly and helpful.

Too slow play and even tee off time was 20 mins after time stated. 10 min interval May work better
