Quinta do Lago North
Quinta do Lago North Golf Course - The terrain is superb and typical of the area, sandy and littered with umbrella pines trees. In the spring, the rough is covered with a blanket of wild flowers, heather and gorse. The bunkering is incomparable, both on the fairways and surrounding the greens and gives the course an advantage over many of similar quality and design. The golf course is an anti-clockwise loop and favours the players who can draw the ball.|All the famous male and female players who have experienced this course, including 'Ryder Cup' and 'Curtis Cup' team members, have been euphoric in their praise for this course, which will soon take its place among the great European layouts.

Always good to play the North course. Very playable for mid handicaps. Course in great condition with greens very fast. Great staff support from check-in, restaurant and around the course. Always good to return here.

Permanent wandering next to roads. Long connections walks. It appears that they tried to put a course somehow between houses and streets. And the houses keep getting more and more (construction works).

Booking with yourselves was seamless, unfortunately the North course wasn’t in the best of condition and was really wet in places and pace of play was horrendous.

It was a very wet & windy day & the course was suffering in parts so difficult to give a proper review. The greens though were still in excellent condition & rolling perfectly. Still a favourite course.
